Sleep is something that I generally don’t get enough of, and it’s all my own fault. We get the kids to bed at a reasonable time, usually around 7:30-8:00pm.

Then, after doing any leftover chores, I always want to have some ‘me time’, and inevitably that means I don’t go to sleep until near enough to midnight.

After doing this for a number of days, I build up a sleep deficit.
